We're proud to provide fresh, hand-crafted sausages made with our own unique
recipes and fresh local ingredients. We actually grow the major favoring
ingredients including garlic, onion, chives, sage, and parsley. We source most of
the other flavorings from other local farmers. All of our sausages are gluten-free
with no added fillers. We think you'll agree that these medlies of meat and
mostly mountain herbs are very tasty.
