At Wild Mountain Farm we raise Galloway and Hereford cattle, two breeds that finish (marble) well on grass pastures. We avoid finishing the animals on grain because we believe 100% Grass-Fed beef is healthier meat for the human diet. You'll find that our beef is tender, delicious, and super-juicy. We do not feed antibiotics to our cattle and we believe hormone injections are criminal. We produce great beef, safe beef, real beef. The animals live as cattle have for millennia. Their meat is the type our ancestors ate for 30,000 years prior to the invention of feedlots for grain feeding.
